Built on proven infrastructure

WhatsApp Business Platform Claude by Anthropic Supabase n8n Cloudflare

Most of running a business is not the work itself. It is the messages around it. Who is coming, who cancelled, who is off, who has not been back in months.

Messages after hours

Clients write at night. By morning, some have booked somewhere else.

The sick-day scramble

One absence means a morning of calls, apologies and reshuffling.

Constant team questions

"What is my schedule?" asked again and again, during the busiest hours.

Regulars slipping away

Loyal clients go quiet and nobody notices until it is too late.

One chat. Three roles. Zero software to learn.

Lina is the front desk, the team assistant and the back office at the same time. Everyone reaches her through the app they already open fifty times a day.

The front desk

For clients. Always on, never on hold.

  • Book, move, cancelReal availability, no double bookings.
  • RemindersA friendly nudge before every visit.
  • "What are my appointments?"Answered from the live calendar.
  • Only their own dataNobody can touch someone else's appointment.

The team assistant

For staff. A colleague in their pocket.

  • Ask for the day"What is my schedule today?" answered in seconds.
  • Request leaveSent straight to the owner for a decision.
  • Report sicknessOne message starts the whole recovery plan.
  • Confirm no-showsStaff confirm, Lina keeps the record straight.

The back office

For owners. Run the business by message.

  • Approve with one wordLeave, exceptions and blacklist decisions.
  • Ask the numbersRevenue and the day ahead, on demand.
  • Morning summaryToday's diary before the doors open.
  • Early warningsRest-time conflicts flagged before they happen.

No app to install. No dashboard to learn. No password to forget.

Morning summary
Owner

The day, before it starts

The owner gets a short summary of today's appointments over coffee.

Good morning. Today: 14 appointments across 3 team members. First at 09:00.
Staff

No more "what is my schedule?"

Team members ask Lina instead of interrupting the owner.

What do I have today?
5 appointments. Next one at 10:30.
Client

A client changes plans

Moved to a free slot in one message. The calendar updates itself.

Can we do Thursday instead?
Thursday 14:00 is free. Moved.
Staff

Someone falls ill

Lina finds the affected afternoon appointments and asks each client how to rebook.

Not feeling well, going home.
Get well soon. I am contacting your 3 afternoon clients now.
Clients

Tomorrow's reminders go out

Every client booked for tomorrow gets a friendly nudge.

Client

A booking while you sleep

The shop is closed. Lina is not.

Any time Saturday morning?
10:00 or 11:30. Which one?

When someone calls in sick, Lina handles the fallout.

The cancellation scramble is every owner's nightmare. Lina turns it into four automatic steps that finish while you are still reading the message.

01

A team member reports sick

A single message is enough.

02

Lina checks the diary

Every affected appointment is found.

03

Clients get options

Each one is asked how they want to rebook.

04

The owner stays informed

A clear summary, no phone calls needed.

Even if a notification fails, the change is recorded. Nothing disappears silently.

Find the regulars you forgot.

Clients who came often and then went quiet are revenue you already earned once. Lina spots them and brings the list to you.

She reports. You decide whether and how to reach out. That one list can cover the cost of the service.

What the AI is great at. And where it stops.

Lina runs on Claude, one of the most capable language models available. We let it do what it does best and draw hard lines where a human must decide.

Lina does

The things AI is genuinely better at than a busy front desk.

  • Understands everyday languageTypos, short casual messages and changes of mind mid-conversation.
  • Answers in seconds, at any hourNights, weekends and holidays included.
  • Handles many conversations at onceA busy Saturday morning does not create a queue.
  • Works from your real dataEvery slot it offers comes from the live calendar, never from a guess.
  • Keeps the contextRemembers what was said earlier in the conversation.

Lina never

Lines we drew on purpose. Control stays with your people.

  • Gives medical adviceHealth questions are handed over to your team.
  • Blacklists a client on its ownShe can flag. Only the owner decides.
  • Silently breaks rest timeBuffer conflicts raise an amber warning to the owner.
  • Shows one client another's dataEvery action is checked against who is asking.
  • Pretends to knowIf something cannot be confirmed, she says so instead of inventing an answer.

Safety is built into the system, not just the prompt.

AI is powerful, but we do not rely on good behaviour alone. The important rules are enforced by the software and the database underneath.

  • Double bookings are blocked by the database itself, even when two people ask for the same slot at the same moment.
  • Ownership is checked in code before any appointment is cancelled or moved.
  • Credentials are stored securely, never inside the conversation logic.

Questions, answered.

Anything else? Write to us and a real person will reply.

Do my clients or staff need to install anything?

No. Everyone uses WhatsApp, which they already have. There is no app to download and no account to create.

What happens when the AI is not sure?

Lina does not guess. If she cannot confirm something, she says so, and sensitive topics such as health questions are handed over to your team.

Can Lina double book a slot?

No. Availability is checked against your live calendar, and the database itself rejects overlapping appointments, even if two clients try at the same second.

Who decides about difficult clients?

You do. Lina can flag repeated no-shows, but blacklisting and other sensitive decisions always need the owner's approval.

Can clients see each other's information?

No. Every request is checked against the person asking, so clients can only see and change their own appointments.

How does the pilot work?

We set Lina up together with you: services, team, opening hours and your WhatsApp number. Pilot terms are shared during onboarding.

Give your business its own Lina.

We are onboarding a small group of businesses for the pilot. Tell us about yours and we will be in touch.
